【山东】盘丝饼
盘丝饼是一道我们当地美食,因为饼里加了好多油酥和葱碎,所以烙出的饼丝丝柔软、并且散发着葱香,用筷子抖一抖又很松散,所以就特别有食欲,本来能吃一张的现在要吃两张,所以应了那句话:每逢佳节胖三斤。

  • 面粉500g
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 350g
  • 五香粉3g
  • 食用油120g
  • 大葱1棵
  • 少许

Steps to make 【山东】盘丝饼

  • 1.将面粉和泡打粉拌匀,加入清水和成面团,放一边饧30分钟
  • 2..做油酥:将面粉 五香粉 盐盛入小碗中拌匀,锅做热,倒入油至冒烟关火
  • 3.趁热将油倒入碗中,搅拌均匀
  • 4.油酥就做好了
  • 5..将饧好的面团揉匀,擀成0.5cm厚的薄片,均匀地抹上一层油酥,再撒上一层葱末
  • 6.从一头迭起到1/3处,迭起的地方表面抹上一层油
  • 7.然后再从另一头迭起,在最表面也抹上一层油
  • 8.最后再将叠好的面片用刀切成1cm宽的条状
  • 9.3-4条为一组
  • 10.盘成一个饼胚
  • 11.擀成圆饼
  • 12.饼铛做热,滴几滴油,将饼放入,一面烙金黄,另一面也刷一层油烙至金黄就可以了。
  • 13.烙好了
