双椒蛋羹

  • 1.鸡蛋打散
  • 2.青红椒洗干净,圆葱适量,多少随意。青红椒。圆葱都切成小丁。不用太碎。
  • 3.切好的蔬菜丁放入鸡蛋液中。同时加入适量的盐和胡椒粉搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入5小碗开水。搅拌一下,入蒸锅,开锅后蒸20分钟即可。
  • 5.取出享用。
