Steps to make 红枣吐司

  • 1.红枣去核切小条用小许果酒泡发晾干待用
  • 2.把中材料放在面包机里高粉 120克,糖 20克,酵母 4克,牛奶100克
  • 3.发酵2.5倍大,看上去有点像蜂窝状的
  • 4.转动面包机让中种材料排出气体,停下后再加进主材料(黄油除外)
  • 5.面团材料拌均匀后加入黄油
  • 6.拌至材料出膜。
  • 7.发酵2.5倍大
  • 8.开动面包机,让面团排出气体,静置30分钟
  • 9.取面团排气分割3等份,静置20分钟
  • 10.擀成圆片
  • 11.面片对叠。
  • 12.再擀成长片,撒下红枣条
  • 13.卷起。
  • 14.面团放置吐司模中。
  • 15.放温湿处发酵7分满,涂上表面蛋液
  • 16.洒下红糖粉
  • 17.烤箱预200度,把烤盘放进烤箱中层,转上下火180度,面包烤40分钟左右。
  • 18.出炉晾凉,即可食用。
