  • 1.韭菜切成小段。
  • 2.韭菜放入大碗中,打入三个鸡蛋。
  • 3.加入一勺盐,一勺鸡精,白胡椒粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.起锅倒油,油温五成热下锅煎。
  • 5.煎完翻身煎另外一面,煎至两面成型即可。
  • 6.铲刀切成小块。
  • 7.加入一大碗水,大火烧开。
  • 8.加入少许盐,鸡精调味。
  • 9.出锅,成品图。
