像月亮一样的芒果芝士蛋糕
这么多的中式西式糕点,唯一最爱的还是芝士蛋糕,芝士蛋糕中最爱的就是芒果和榴莲,榴莲现在这个季节是没有了,芒果还可以有,估计我家的人也都跟我一样的口味,什么泡芙、马卡龙啊,都是吃一两个就打住了,唯独对这两款芝士蛋糕,特别钟爱,那既然爱,就让他们也感觉一下被爱吧,来个芒果芝士蛋糕吧!

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低筋面粉28克
  • 牛奶50克
  • 植物油16克
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 奶油奶酪150克
  • 淡奶油150克
  • 吉利丁片10克

Steps to make 像月亮一样的芒果芝士蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄蛋白分离,面粉过筛,蛋黄依次加入牛奶,面粉,三分之一糖粉,植物油搅拌均匀
  • 2.蛋白分别三次加入余下的糖粉打发,蛋黄糊和打发的蛋白混合搅拌
  • 3.入模,烤箱预热,160度烤20分钟,烤好后取出倒扣放凉
  • 4.奶油奶酪加入30克牛奶和30克砂糖隔水溶化,余下20克牛奶加吉利丁片隔水溶化
  • 5.芒果去皮切粒,淡奶油加入余下的砂糖打至五成发放冰箱待用
  • 6.奶油奶酪加热后打至顺滑无颗粒,加入适量的芒果丁继续打至顺滑
  • 7.吉利丁隔水溶化后加入到芝士糊中,打到混合
  • 8.加入已打好的淡奶油到芝士糊中,搅拌均匀
  • 9.戚风切片修边后先放一片在模具最下面
  • 10.加一层芝士糊,再加适量的芒果丁,再一片戚风,再一层芝士糊(就是间隔开来做),做好后放冰箱四小时后取出
  • 11.脱模,撒上巧克力粉装饰
