  • 细砂糖40g
  • 消化饼干80g
  • 纯净水50g
  • 芒果泥250g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 淡奶油150g
  • 柠檬汁10g
  • 黄油40g

Steps to make [香兰世家]芒果冻芝士 明媚的春天蛋糕

  • 1. 取芒果泥,并用面粉筛过滤,一定要过滤哦,把纤维全去掉;消化饼干压碎,并加入液化的黄油,揉均匀,放冰箱冷藏备用;奶酪软化
  • 2.加入牛奶搅拌至顺滑,并过滤
  • 3.淡奶油打至6分发
  • 4.吉利丁片10克用冰水泡15分钟后,取出放入150g芒果泥中,小火加热至吉利丁融化即可
  • 5.把打发的淡奶油加入芝士糊中
  • 6.再加入芒果泥搅拌均匀
  • 7.继续加入柠檬汁
  • 8.把奶酪制作完成的奶酪馅倒一半到模具里然后有序的摆放上芒果丁
  • 9.再倒入余下的奶酪糊,轻敲模具,放入冰箱冷冻四小时以上
  • 10.制作淋面部分:吉利丁片用冰水泡15分钟以后,放入芒果泥和纯净水中,小火加热至吉利丁融化,然后均匀的淋在冷冻定型的蛋糕表面,继续冷冻30分钟以上;
  • 11.脱模,用热毛巾捂住模具周围,轻轻顶模具的底板,能顺利脱模即可
