可是,看到市售零食外包装上那一长串的配料表,你还放心把它们送进可爱小宝贝的嘴里么?

说纯粹不给孩子买零食吃,那也是万万不可能的,但是,咱可以做到尽量少买。

我是只要是能做的,我就不怕麻烦,尽量在家里做给宝贝吃,要么就是尽可能多地变着花样做各种小点心之类的给小胖妞,每天下午她从幼儿园回来家里都有现成可以吃的东西,她自然不会喊着要买零食了。

而且小家伙特别给力,从来都是非常捧场的样子,每次都是香喷喷地吃完,然后笑眯眯地朝我竖起她小小的大拇指。

  • 泡打粉1/4小勺

Steps to make 好运滚滚来——燕麦桃酥球

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.白糖加入蛋液中,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 3.分次加入玉米油。
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 5.核桃仁焙香后切碎,加入蛋液中。
  • 6.即食燕麦片稍稍擀碎,加入蛋液中。
  • 7.用刮刀翻拌均匀,用手揉成光滑的面团。
  • 8.分成约4克大小的剂子,揉搓成圆球状,放入烤盘中。
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱中,190度,中层,上下火,烤5分钟定型后取出在表面刷一层蛋液。
  • 10.送入烤箱,190度,中层,上下火,继续烤约8分钟至表面金黄即可取出,晾凉后食用口感会更酥脆哟!
