现在这个季节正是榴莲的高峰高产期,所产出的榴莲“臭味十足”喜欢的人说香。而像我吃一口能恶心半天,但是做成了披萨那又是另一个感觉。吃起来不仅果香浓郁还十分的甜,刚出炉的披萨绝对能秒杀众多美女的味蕾。
很长一段时间一直有支持我的朋友,让我做个披萨的教程。拖到现在才做很是不好意思!借此榴莲披萨食谱感谢支持和喜欢的朋友....

  • 1.一个披萨的好吃,一是饼皮再是酱料和馅料。要做好一个饼皮是需要时间的,那么在做之前就先介绍下饼皮的制作。温水加入酵母搅拌搅拌,使酵母活跃【饼皮方子见小贴士】
  • 2.搅拌桶加入细砂糖、盐和高低粉然后倒入酵母水,搅拌搅拌再加入橄榄油。启动搅揉至成团即可
  • 3.把面团分成四份装入保鲜袋,放置冰箱冷藏一夜后使用
  • 4.做饼皮的时候不需要排气,直接按压成饼型并扎孔。然后烤箱里180度烤制8分钟拿出放凉使用,多的饼皮可以密封冷冻起来。下次要用解冻了就能烤
  • 5.在饼底涂上一层奶油奶酪
  • 6.然后铺上捣碎的榴莲肉
  • 7.洒上适量的芝士碎,个人比较喜欢用蔓越莓做下点缀。依照个人喜欢可下或不下,然后挤压点沙拉酱在上面
  • 8.烤箱提前预热200度,上火190 下火180中层烤制18分钟【温度与时间请根据自己烤箱特性做出适当的调整】
  • 9.榴莲披萨一定要烤制到芝士稍微烧焦的感觉
  • 10.金黄金黄的那就是最好吃的时候
