Steps to make 香橙排骨

  • 1.排骨洗干净备用。
  • 2.把橙子汁肉分离备用。
  • 3.锅下水烧开,加入姜片和葱段,排骨放入焯水3分钟。
  • 4.排骨捞起洗净。
  • 5.电压锅里加水,把排骨、大葱和姜放进去炖15分钟。
  • 6.15分钟后捞起排骨,控干水份。
  • 7.锅里下油,把排骨放进去加上料酒爆炒,炒到排骨有点变黄。
  • 8.加入橙汁、酱油、盐、白糖和鸡精慢火炖,等橙汁收干即可。
