自制蔓越莓酸奶

  • 乳酸菌粉2克
  • 蔓越莓干90克

Steps to make 自制蔓越莓酸奶

  • 1.准备好食材,蔓越莓切小粒备用。
  • 2.将奶瓶和盖子清洗开净,放微波炉里消毒1分钟。
  • 3.面盆用开水烫过,再倒入细砂糖。
  • 4.接着倒入一盒牛奶和乳酸菌粉,搅拌溶化。
  • 5.再倒入剩下的牛奶,搅匀备用。
  • 6.在每个奶瓶中,放一小勺蔓越莓干,再预留少许备用。
  • 7.再将搅拌好的牛奶倒进去。
  • 8.送入烤箱下层,启动发酵程序。
  • 9.时间结束,若没有完全凝固,可延长发酵时间。
  • 10.直至完全凝固后取出。
  • 11.将预留的蔓越莓干,分别撒在酸奶上。
  • 12.盖上瓶盖。
  • 13.放冰箱冷藏后再食用。
  • 14.冰凉、酸甜又浓愁,味道真的棒极了。
