  • 1.准备食材,牛肉一斤。
  • 2.牛肉切丁。
  • 3.放少许底油,炒香牛肉。一定要把牛肉的水份炒干。
  • 4.首先下入姜蓉,炒出姜的香味,再下入蒜蓉炒出香味。
  • 5.依次下入黄豆酱、豆豉酱、烧烤酱,炒香即可。
  • 6.炒的时候不要加水,也不要加盐。炒干容易保存,各种酱的咸味足矣。不用放盐了,味精也不用放。我在家做饭味精、鸡精都不用。我喜欢食材本身的味道。
