Steps to make 香煎黄花鱼

  • 1.黄花鱼清洗干净,里外抹上料酒和盐,腌30分钟以上,然后用水冲洗一遍,擦干水份,两面各划2刀。
  • 2.沾上薄薄的面粉。
  • 3.热油锅,把鱼放入,小火煎至金黄。
  • 4.翻面继续煎至金黄。
  • 5.淋上少许生抽和糖,盖上盖子煎焖至鱼熟透。
  • 6.撒点葱花即可。
  • 7.咸香下饭。
