Steps to make 红烧鲍鱼

  • 1.鲜活的鲍鱼简单清洗一下用牙刷轻轻的刷洗干净。
  • 2.鲍鱼清洗干净处理好沥干水份。
  • 3.鲍鱼肉肉从壳中取下摘取鲍鱼的内脏。
  • 4.鲍鱼冲洗干净切成十字花刀。
  • 5.锅中烧开水倒入少许料酒放入鲍鱼快速焯水断生切记时间不宜过长。
  • 6.放入冰水中的鲍鱼冲洗几遍洗净后沥干水份。
  • 7.鲍鱼壳刷洗干净放入开水中烫一下去除细菌和杂质。
  • 8.处理好的鲍鱼壳冲洗干净沥干水份备用。
  • 9.锅中添加适量清水放入调味料一品鲜酱油、蚝油、糖、盐、味精调味均匀烧开。
  • 10.放入鲍鱼肉肉烧至入味最后淋上水淀粉勾芡成透明状即可出锅享用。
  • 11.美味的鲍鱼肉肉依次装入鲍鱼壳中。
  • 12.西兰花掰成小朵在开水中焯水至断生后立即放入冷水中过凉沥干水份摆在鲍鱼外侧成花朵状就大功告成了。
