    Steps to make 卤鸭腿

    • 1.新鲜的鸭腿两个,用热手洗干净,有干部擦干表面的水。
    • 2.锅里烧油,放入姜片爆一下,把鸭腿放入,煎黄。
    • 3.煎鸭腿中。
    • 4.一面煎黄,再煎另一面。
    • 5.高压锅里面放酱油,姜片,八角,桂皮,冰糖等,小火开始烧。
    • 6.烧的微热,在锅里加开水,然后放入鸭腿,刚刚没过肉即可,然后加上盖子,大火煮25分钟,焖10分钟。
    • 7.卤好后的鸭腿,再在煎锅里面煎一会,收汁,就OK 啦,装盘开吃。
