香菇马蹄腊肠馅艾角
青团一般口味都是甜的,对于控糖人士来说一点都不友好,所以今天来弄个咸香口味的!
平时用新鲜艾草做,感觉比较费时费力,今天改用艾草粉,感觉味道也挺不错呀!关键是简单省事易操作。*

  • 鲜香菇4只
  • 马蹄10个
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 腊肠3条
  • 糯米粉300克
  • 粘米粉200克
  • 艾草粉12克
  • 清水约350克—400克

Steps to make 香菇马蹄腊肠馅艾角

  • 1.腊肠切小丁备用。
  • 2.胡萝卜,马蹄洗净去皮,切小丁备用。
  • 3.鲜香菇去蒂洗净,切小丁备用。
  • 4.接下来先做馅:热油锅,把腊肠丁下锅炒香出油,再倒入鲜香菇丁,炒至香菇出香味。
  • 5.接着倒入胡萝卜丁和马蹄丁,翻炒均匀,然后再放适量蚝油调味,炒匀即可装起备用。
  • 6.取12克艾草粉,加入350克清水,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.取300克糯米粉和200克粘米粉搅拌均匀,然后把开好的艾草粉水倒入其中,用筷子搅拌成絮状后,揉成光滑的面团。(揉搓过程中根据面粉的干湿程度,适当增减清水)
  • 8.取一小团面粉,揉搓成小碗状,中间放入刚才炒好的馅料,再对折捏好口,沿边缘捏出花边即可。
  • 9.艾角全部包好后,上蒸锅,水开后大火蒸8—10分钟,关火后再焖两分钟即可。
