    Steps to make 东北味儿——酸菜大骨棒

    • 1.原料:东北酸菜、大骨棒、粉条。配料:葱段、姜片、辣椒、八角。
    • 2.大骨棒清洗干净,浸泡半小时,放入高压锅中加入适量清水、葱段、姜片、辣椒、八角。
    • 3.选择排骨那档炖50分钟,时间长点,这样才能把大骨棒的味道彻底炖出来。
    • 4.炖好后等气跑光,打开盖。
    • 5.酸菜切丝浸泡半小时。
    • 6.把浸泡好的酸菜放入高压锅中的大骨棒里。
    • 7.选择排骨档继续炖20分钟。
    • 8.炖好后,放入盐、蔬之鲜、酱油、料酒。
    • 9.把粉条放入锅中。
    • 10.扣盖最后压十分钟。
    • 11.炖好后就可以装盘吃了,香香的噢!
