家常煎带鱼
带鱼肉嫩体肥、味道鲜美,只有中间一条大骨,无其他细刺,食用方便,是我比较喜欢食用的海鱼之一。一个月总要做上那么几次,煎的会比炸的更健康些,也比较保持原味。
带鱼的脂肪含量高于一般鱼类,且多为不饱和脂肪酸,这种脂肪酸的碳链较长,具有降低胆固醇的作用   
带鱼全身的鳞和银白色油脂层中还含有一种抗癌成分6-硫代鸟嘌呤,对辅助治疗白血病、胃癌、淋巴肿瘤等有益   
经常食用带鱼,具有补益五脏的功效   
带鱼含有丰富的镁元素,对心血管系统有很好的保护作用,有利于预防高血压、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病。常吃带鱼还有养肝补血、泽肤养发健美的功效。

Steps to make 家常煎带鱼

  • 1.带鱼解冻、去内脏洗净。放入姜2片、盐一匙、胡椒粉一匙、料酒一匙、味精少许腌制20分钟左右。
  • 2.准备保鲜膜,把一杯面粉倒在上面备用。
  • 3.腌制好的带鱼均匀的沾上面粉。
  • 4.锅中倒入少许油,小火煎带鱼。
  • 5.煎到两面金黄即可出锅。
  • 6.不用太长时间就可以吃到美味的带鱼。
  • 7.操作时间也不是太长,慢慢享用吧!
