一直以来我用西米只做甜品糖水,西米煮后QQ透明的 ,今天教大家将西米打成粉,铺上馅料卷起来,隔水蒸熟,蒸好的西米卷透透的,隐约能看到里面的馅料,如果是紫薯,颜色会更漂亮。蒸出来的西米卷和用水煮的西米,口感是两码事,很不同。蒸好的西米卷一定要趁热吃,口感是有点韧性。

  • 1.红薯切薄片,隔水蒸熟,蒸7分钟左右,根据红薯切片的厚度不同,时间会不同

  • 3.加入牛奶拌均匀,如果你的红薯不甜,就需要加糖
  • 4.西米放入破壁机里
  • 5.打成粉末状,料理机是打不了的,西米很难打,用破壁机也要打好几回
  • 6.将打成粉的西米倒入碗里
  • 7.慢慢倒入水拌成团
  • 8.擀成长片,放入红薯馅
  • 9.卷起来
  • 10.切成3CM的长段
  • 11.放在蒸锅里
  • 12.隔水蒸15-20分钟
  • 13.趁热食用
