香橙酒芯饼干
终于等到了三月,又到了出游和野餐的日子,暖暖的天气,配上这一片香橙酒芯曲奇,惬意午后的正确打开方式就是它啦。

  • 低筋面粉140g
  • 黄油80g
  • 蛋液20g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 巧克力100g

Steps to make 香橙酒芯饼干

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.取一些橙皮切碎备用。
  • 3.橙子用盐搓洗干净,切成薄片,锅中加入10g朗姆酒和20g细砂糖,再倒入少许清水,放入橙子开中小火煮至橙子变软,离火后捞出沥干水分备用。
  • 4.室温融化的黄油与白砂糖打发至发白,再加入蛋液继续打发。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉和橙皮碎,混合搅拌均匀后揉成面团。
  • 6.面团放在两张油纸之间,擀成4mm厚的面片,然后用圆形模具刻出饼干片。
  • 7.放入烤盘再铺上一片橙子,烤箱预热160度烤30分钟。
  • 8.巧克力隔水融化,放凉后的橙子曲奇蘸上一层融化的巧克力,待巧克力凝固后即可。
  • 9.装盘完成。
