  • 1.准备好所需要的食材。
  • 2.鸭子切块,洗净冷水下锅,锅中放两片生姜煮沸后捞出,洗去浮沫控干水分备用。
  • 3.锅中倒油,放入白砂糖炒至枣红色。
  • 4.将鸭肉放进锅内翻炒上色,倒入一罐啤酒,放入大葱段,干辣椒,桂皮,八角,香叶,花椒,淋入20克生抽,15克蚝油,大火烧开,转中火盖盖煮30分钟。
  • 5.30分钟后下入泡发好的黑木耳放2克盐,翻炒均匀后,继续焖煮15分钟。
