蜜汁烤豆腐干
家里好多豆腐干都不知道怎么才能吃完,突发想象做成小零食吃,像超市那种袋装豆制品应该很好吃吧,想着立马动手去实验。

  • 甜面酱2汤勺
  • 蚝油2汤勺
  • 美极鲜味汁4滴
  • 鲜贝露调味汁少许

Steps to make 蜜汁烤豆腐干

  • 1.备齐调料。
  • 2.豆腐干切成长条状。
  • 3.炒锅倒入少量油,油热后放入甜面酱、耗油炒熟。(甜面酱和耗油的量看你的豆干量而定,只要把豆干裹匀即可。)
  • 4.把切好的豆腐干倒入炒熟的酱里翻炒均匀,再放入美极鲜和鲜贝露数滴炒匀。(本身酱就有盐味所以不用放盐,或者根据个人口味加少许盐。)
  • 5.喜欢吃辣的可以再放点辣椒粉、烤翅料少许翻炒均匀关火,味道会更好,呵呵。
  • 6.烤盘铺上锡纸,把裹上酱的豆干放在烤盘上。
  • 7.放入烤箱,上下火200度,每20分钟翻一下,直到豆干发硬。(我每次都烤3个20分钟,视自己的烤箱而定。)
  • 8.烤好的豆干,可以吃了。
  • 9.装到零食盒子里冷藏到冰箱可以随时吃,也可以和好友出去玩的时候吃,健康也美味。
