寿司是日本的一种美食,新鲜的海苔包上清香的米饭,可做成最简单的寿司卷,也可做成军舰寿司和手卷等等,,覆盖上鲜虾、鱼子等成不同口味。今天,用鲍鱼和北极虾做了寿司,不用煎炒烹炸,就能吃到健康美味~~

  • 肉松250g
  • 鲍鱼三个
  • 苹果半个
  • 寿司醋半瓶
  • 黄瓜条若干
  • 沙拉酱3oog
  • 北极虾5个

Steps to make 鲍鱼~北极虾寿司

  • 1.米饭蒸好晾凉后拌入寿司醋,黄瓜切条,苹果切条。
  • 2.鲍鱼用水煮熟,北极虾开后背,翻开开水烫一下。将煮熟的鲍鱼切片
  • 3.准备好海苔
  • 4.将海苔放在寿司帘上,光滑面朝上,分别加入肉松、沙拉酱,包上黄瓜条或苹果条
  • 5.将所有食材放好
  • 6.用寿司帘卷起
  • 7.卷好后简单整形
  • 8.成品寿司卷
  • 9.将米饭捏成长方形,放一片鲍鱼在上面,用海苔轻轻绕一圈,即成鲍鱼寿司
  • 10.北极虾寿司
