Steps to make 茄汁龙利鱼

  • 1.准备原料,龙利鱼,西红柿,葱,姜
  • 2.西红柿去皮切块,葱姜切片,
  • 3.龙利鱼提前室温化冰,洗净后沥干水分,切成1厘米左右的薄片,刀口斜着切
  • 4.切好的鱼片,用姜片,盐,料酒,淀粉,腌制10分钟
  • 5.锅里倒油,放上葱,姜,炒香后,倒入鱼片炒至变色后盛出来
  • 6.锅洗净,重新倒上油,放入西红柿炒一下,再加上番茄酱,糖,盐调味,最后把龙利鱼倒入锅里一起翻炒均匀即可出锅
