蕃茄焖豆腐

  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 2克
  • 鸡精2克

Steps to make 蕃茄焖豆腐

  • 1.姜、蒜、葱白分别切末,蕃茄切成小丁
  • 2.北豆腐擦干表面水份,切成小块
  • 3.锅内烧热油,将豆腐放入锅内中火油炸
  • 4.炸至豆腐表皮呈微黄色,盛出控油
  • 5.取一个小碗,加一勺蚝油、两勺生抽、适量清水调成味汁
  • 6.锅内加底油,下姜、蒜、葱白小火炒香
  • 7.加入蕃茄丁翻炒出茄汁
  • 8.加入炸好的豆腐和半碗味汁,煮沸上盖转小火焖五分钟
  • 9.最后大火收汁,调入少许盐和鸡精,放入葱段翻炒几下
