Steps to make 金沙豆腐

  • 1.【食材准备】咸蛋黄适量(喜欢吃咸蛋黄的可以多放)、老豆腐一块、糖、椒盐、香菜、小葱、蒜适量。
  • 2.锅内放入适量食用油,锅底撒上少许盐,加入豆腐香煎,将豆腐煎四面金黄色即可。
  • 3.把豆腐拨到一旁,将压碎的咸蛋黄倒入,咸蛋黄炒到冒小泡蛋黄变细沙状。
  • 4.倒入煎好的豆腐,翻拌均匀让每一块豆腐都裹上咸蛋黄。
  • 5.把香菜、小葱、蒜、小米辣、椒盐都倒入锅内炒匀关火,盛出装盘。
  • 6.出锅后咸蛋黄紧紧裹在豆腐表面,整个金黄油亮让人垂涎。
