    Steps to make 木须肉

    • 1.里脊肉切成丝。
    • 2.加少许盐,料酒,生抽抓匀,再放入少许淀粉抓匀,腌制几分钟入味。

    • 5.备好。
    • 6.木耳泡发至软,去蒂洗净,放入开水锅里面烫一下捞出备用。
    • 7.鸡蛋炒碎盛出备用。
    • 8.姜末备用。
    • 9.锅内放油烧热,放入里脊丝,快速滑散,防止粘连,变色盛出备用。
    • 10.热锅凉油放入姜末爆香。
    • 11.放入韭菜段,先放白色根部翻炒几下。
    • 12.再放入其余部分翻炒几下。
    • 13.倒入滑好的里脊丝和鸡蛋,快速翻炒几下。
    • 14.放入木耳。
    • 15.加少许东古一品鲜调味,少许盐。
    • 16.继续翻炒均匀即可出锅。
