Steps to make 蓝莓脆皮塔 炎炎夏日自制蛋挞

  • 1.低粉和高粉及奶粉混合过筛.黄油切丁(注意:黄油一定是刚冰箱里冷冻室取出的)
  • 2.粉和黄油丁一起混合搓匀,直到呈均匀的散颗粒状.
  • 3.然后加入牛奶和蛋黄混合液,慢慢揉至看不到干粉即可,注意和面手法,不要过度揉面哈
  • 4.看图片手法哟.这个手法是避免面起筋.面团看不到干粉了,就包上保鲜膜,冷藏30分钟;
  • 5.冷藏后的面团,分成25克一个。蛋挞模具里,均匀抹上一层黄油
  • 6.把25克面团放进去,慢慢按成模具形状。
  • 7.尽量超出模具边缘哦,形状越饱满,烤出来就越漂亮。
  • 8.按好形状的皮,用叉子叉些小孔,然后压一点重物
  • 9.180度,中层,烤10分钟左右。蛋挞液的配方和烤法请参考:香草蛋挞。
  • 10.烤好以后,在表面筛上一点糖粉,放上蓝莓,就漂漂的了
