趁着做芝麻桂花红豆沙的热情,马上烤了一炉红豆沙吐司,放了很多的红豆沙馅,既美味又卫生,可不是外面能买到的哦

  • 白糖20g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 干酵母5g
  • 2g
  • 植物油30g
  • 鸡蛋液10g

Steps to make 红豆沙吐司

  • 1.植物油和白糖放入盆中。
  • 2.打入鸡蛋。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.面粉、酵母粉和盐混合后放入蛋液中,加入牛奶,先用筷子搅拌,再用手和成面团。
  • 5.继续揉,至能拉出薄膜状。
  • 6.柔和的面团,盖上保鲜膜或湿布进行第一次发酵发酵
  • 7.面团发酵的很好,至原来的3倍大,都满出来了。
  • 8.面团拿出,揉实按压出内部的空气均分成3份,,盖保鲜膜醒发10分钟。
  • 9.做好备用的芝麻桂花红豆沙。
  • 10.取一份面团,擀成长椭圆形面片。
  • 11.在面片上添加红豆沙,涂抹均匀。
  • 12.从左边开始卷起。
  • 13.卷好的面团,收口朝下放入吐司盒中,再次发酵。
  • 14.发酵好的吐司坯,上面刷上鸡蛋液,烤箱预热,上下火,180度。
  • 15.放入烤箱,中下层,烘烤40分钟左右,若表面上色过快,可盖上锡纸至烘烤结束。
  • 16.烘焙好取出放在烤架上晾凉。
