  • 细砂糖25g
  • 幼滑花生酱120g
  • 赤砂糖25g
  • 烤熟花生仁75g
  • 全蛋液30g
  • 小苏打1/4小勺(1.25ML)

Steps to make 香浓酥脆嘀-花生酱曲奇小饼

  • 1.将细砂糖与赤砂糖过筛,混合均匀
  • 2.30G全蛋液用蛋抽搅打均匀
  • 3.中筋面粉与小苏打混合均匀,提前过筛备用
  • 4.花生米放微波炉中高火4分半钟左右加热至熟,趁热去掉红衣
  • 5.黄油切小块,放料理盆中软化
  • 6.软化好的黄油,倒入细砂与赤砂的混合物,用电动打蛋器搅打至蓬松状态
  • 7.搅拌均匀的蛋液分3次倒入,用电动打蛋器打发均匀
  • 8.加入120g花生酱
  • 9.用电动打蛋器搅打至花生酱与黄油充分混合,呈现蓬松的状态
  • 10.面粉与小苏打混合,筛入打发好的花生黄油中
  • 11.用刮刀翻拌均匀,使面粉与黄油完全融合,成为均匀的面团
  • 12. 倒入花生碎,再次拌匀,使花生碎均匀分布在面团里
  • 13.将面团揉成20g/个的小圆球,放入垫了油纸的烤盘中
  • 14.依次将其按扁成小饼状,每个小饼间空出一段距离
  • 15.烤箱预热,180度,中层,上下火,15分钟即可出炉,移到晾晒网上彻底冷却即可
