  • 1.标准面粉260克
  • 2.水160克
  • 3.酵母粉2克
  • 4.把以上材料放入面包机,选择面团发酵功能(包括自动揉面和发酵)待揉面部分结束后,再发酵大约20分钟,取出面团(做火烧不要发酵过于充分,只需60%发酵就可以了)
  • 5.在面包机揉面和发酵的过程中,我们用香油把麻将调稀,加入适量盐
  • 6.麻将调到这样的程度就好,不要太稀
  • 7.放适量盐、花椒,小火炒椒盐
  • 8.待盐颜色变黄,就可以关火了
  • 9.放食品袋中,用擀面杖擀碎
  • 10.椒盐做好啦
  • 11.现在面已经和好,发好了,手中和案板上淋少许油,防止粘黏
  • 12.把面团一分为二,先把一半面团按平,再用擀面杖擀成面饼
  • 13.在面饼上刷满麻酱
  • 14.再撒上椒盐、五香粉
  • 15.然后顺饼边一遍拉伸一遍卷
  • 16.全部卷起(要一边拉伸一边卷,拉伸得越薄,层越多)
  • 17.然后再分成六份
  • 18.把每一份两边挤住,往中间折起,然后整理成圆形,光滑面朝上
  • 19.事先准备一点加水酱油,把面饼光滑面蘸酱油水
  • 20.再在熟芝麻里按一下
  • 21.面饼上就沾满芝麻了,用手按实
  • 22.不粘锅不加油,小火下入火烧,先是芝麻面朝下,使芝麻尽量粘牢 大约两分钟翻面,再约两分钟取出。(过程中,烤箱预热)
  • 23.小火烧全部初加工好之后
  • 24.烤箱180度烤20分钟。等待的过程中,把剩下的一半面也处理成初加工小火烧(以上烤箱温度及时间仅供参考,每个品牌烤箱略有差异,请按照自家烤箱酌情设定)
