Steps to make 奥尔良烤鱼(蒜香味)

  • 1.棍子鱼去鳞、腮和内脏洗净备用,酷克壹佰烤肉酱。
  • 2.鱼用烤肉酱腌6小时。(已经腌好的鱼)
  • 3.把青红椒、大蒜子、苹果切碎,葱切花放入胡椒粉和盐,黄油融化拌匀。
  • 4.把拌好的苹果碎装到腌好的鱼肚子里,放在烤网上,烤箱190度预热。
  • 5.入烤箱前刷一次油,中途翻面在刷一次油。 190度考40分钟,我喜欢脆皮的所有烤的时间长,大家少烤一会。
  • 6.好吃的鱼出炉了,这款烤肉酱考的鸡翅更好吃。
  • 7.女儿说好吃就是刺有点多,汗,下次烤鱼块。
