  • 1.鲈鱼处理干净
  • 2.切下鱼头

  • 6.盘中倒入料酒,并用盐腌制5分钟
  • 7.入蒸锅蒸
  • 8.准备少许甜椒
  • 9.横切修整甜椒
  • 10.修整好的甜椒待切丝
  • 11.甜椒切丝
  • 12.用手把葱撕成细丝
  • 13.热锅注油,放入甜椒丝翻炒
  • 14.再放入葱快速炒一下(酒店和饭店很多时候把葱直接放在蒸好的鱼身上,然后把热油浇在葱上)
  • 15.盘中淋蒸鱼豉油,再把锅中的热油以及甜椒和葱浇在鱼身上,开吃啦
