油焖龙虾

  • 小龙虾2斤
  • 小葱适量切段
  • 生姜适量切片
  • 大蒜1个
  • 啤酒1罐
  • 香菜少许
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 花椒一小把
  • 桂皮1块
  • 香叶2片
  • 八角1个
  • 小茴香一小撮
  • 甘草4片
  • 豆蔻2个
  • 丁香5颗
  • 陈皮3片
  • 草果1个
  • 白芷若干

Steps to make 油焖龙虾

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.小龙虾先用刷子刷洗一遍,之后剪去虾枪,挑掉沙包,虾脑的部分仍然适当保留。接着保留大虾钳,剪去虾脚抽虾肠,虾尾剪开再冲洗一遍沥干;
  • 3.油倒入锅中烧热,放入葱段姜片大蒜煸炒;
  • 4.接着下各式香料煸炒出香味;
  • 5.接着将小龙虾倒入锅内,加入适量的料酒、盐、醋,白糖、生抽均匀翻炒3分钟左右;
  • 6.锅中倒入啤酒;
  • 7.倒入的啤酒量差不多刚好没过龙虾;
  • 8.盖盖子大火焖10~12分钟左右,期间用锅铲翻动2~3次;
  • 9.汤收过半揭盖试味道,可以的话加香菜翻炒几下出锅后,撒上白芝麻即可。
