  • 玉米淀粉50克
  • 无盐黄油60克
  • 熟蛋黄1个
  • 0.5克

Steps to make 玛格丽特小饼干

  • 1.鸡蛋煮熟取黄,其他材料称好,黄油直接用手捏成小块
  • 2.凉水煮熟1颗鸡蛋,剥壳取出鸡蛋黄,用过滤网压成粉状
  • 3.低粉和玉米粉,蛋黄粉混合
  • 4.用手搓均匀
  • 5.黄油用打蛋器打散,加入糖粉
  • 6.打发黄油至白色
  • 7.将所有粉类放入打发的黄油内
  • 8.用手抓捏,使黄油和粉充分混合
  • 9.完全混合后面团光滑即成饼干面团
  • 10.将面团整成长条状,均分成小段
  • 11.然后搓成圆形
  • 12.将圆形的面团放上烤盘,用大拇指在在中间按扁
  • 13.烤箱预热165度,中上层,20分钟即可
  • 14.取出自然晾凉
