Steps to make 冷串串

  • 1.各种配菜,洗净,备好。
  • 2.木耳宽粉提前泡好。
  • 3.鸡爪鸡胗改好刀,浸泡出血水。
  • 4.土豆切片。
  • 5.鸡爪鸡胗放入水里,加少许盐煮熟。
  • 6.锅开后打掉血沫,继续煮,这样留下来的汤也可以用。
  • 7.煮七八分钟就差不多了,捞出沥干水分(荤菜不限于此,你可以选择你喜欢的)。
  • 8.魔域丝入鸡汤焯水。
  • 9.煮素菜。
  • 10.土豆片别煮软了哦,否则不脆啦。
  • 11.这样所有配菜就煮好了。
  • 12.准备好冷串串调料(某宝有卖),倒入大碗。
  • 13.加入刚才煮鸡爪的鸡汤(菜多就稍微多放点鸡汤)。
  • 14.把配菜放入汤汁调料里拌均匀,泡半小时就可以吃啦。
  • 15.简单美味的冷串串就做好了(如果你有闲心可以用竹签串着吃)。
