自制豆腐

Steps to make 自制豆腐

  • 1.黄豆一量杯,共两杯,大约200克
  • 2.分开浸泡
  • 3.清水1000毫升
  • 4.放入豆浆机,和100克黄豆打成豆浆
  • 5.滤渣袋套入豆腐模具中,
  • 6.将打好的豆浆倒入
  • 7.将另一个模具放在架子上下面放个小盆,我用的架子是微波炉里面的烧烤架
  • 8.将滤渣袋里的豆浆放在里面用勺子挤压,再次去掉豆渣
  • 9.再将另外的豆子打成豆浆,重复以上步骤
  • 10.一量杯凉白开倒入模具里
  • 11.放入食用石膏6克
  • 12.搅匀
  • 13.将过滤好的豆浆放入微波炉高火加热3分钟,然后从下到上快速冲入,撇去浮沫
  • 14.盖上另一个模具保温,静止25分钟左右
  • 15.已经变成豆腐脑了
  • 16.将豆腐布浸湿,放在模具上将豆腐脑一层层放入
  • 17.满满一模具
  • 18.将豆腐布四角提起,去一下水分
  • 19.将豆腐布交盖住
  • 20.将另一个模具灌满水放入
  • 21.八小时以后的样子
  • 22.脱模
  • 23.成品,200克黄豆出了550克的豆腐
  • 24.晒一晒我在网上买的模具10元卖家包邮的,不但可以做豆腐还可以做奶酪呢
