桔皮反沙芋头
反沙芋头是我们潮州特色小吃之一。生日摆宴和结婚设宴,几乎所有喜事都离不开这款小吃。

过春节,家里也会准备这款小吃给客人吃,芋头不仅营养丰富,还含有大量的淀粉、矿物质及维生素。老人小孩也都喜欢吃,只是老人吃的话就要少糖分了。

反沙芋头加了桔子皮更美味了,桔子皮淡淡的香,吃起来没那么腻。真地不错的,值得一试!

Steps to make 桔皮反沙芋头

  • 1.桔子皮切小粒,芋头切条形,备用
  • 2.锅内加适量食用油,烧热(别用小火,炸起来不够脆)把芋头放下去炸10来分钟就差不多可以了(我用盆子来炸,比较省油)
  • 3.炸好的芋头用过筛的勺子捞起,放一旁备用
  • 4.锅内倒入适量水,倒入白糖
  • 5.要一边用铲子转圈搅拌,以防烧焦了。
  • 6.全冒泡了,关火。倒入桔子皮,倒入芋头,不停地翻炒!
  • 7.炒个几十下,那白糖慢慢都结了,锅底变白了,这样就可以啦!
  • 8.看,就是这效果啦!
  • 9.我的白糖熬得过头,有点像焦糖了,不过不影响味道。
