芒果班戟
班戟又称薄煎饼、热香饼,是英文pan cake的中文音译,是一种以面糊在烤盘或平底锅上烹饪制成的薄扁状饼。直接食用,香甜爽口;内裹成熟的芒果或者榴莲,再配上打发好的奶油,入口更是香甜软糯,令人回味无穷。

  • 牛奶250克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 芒果200克
  • 玉米油15克
  • 白砂糖60克

Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.面粉过筛,加入150克牛奶
  • 2.搅打均匀,混合成奶糊
  • 3.另用一盆,鸡蛋加入35克砂糖
  • 4.搅拌至砂糖融化后,加入植物油,混合均匀
  • 5.加入剩下的100克牛奶,搅匀
  • 6. 面糊蛋奶液过筛,去掉多余的杂质
  • 7.平底锅烧热,转小火,不放油
  • 8. 舀一勺蛋奶面糊入锅中,快速转动锅,使面糊在锅底铺匀,取出,放盘中晾凉;依次将所有面糊做成薄饼,并晾凉
  • 9.芒果准备好
  • 10.将芒果肉取出,备用
  • 11.淡奶油加入25克砂糖
  • 12.打至全发
  • 13.取一张薄饼,在中间抹上一层打发好的奶油,铺上一层芒果丁
  • 14.再抹上一层奶油
  • 15.底边向上折
  • 16.左边向右折到中心
  • 17.右边向左折到中心
  • 18.上边折向底边
  • 19.包成一个小方包,倒扣着放入碟中
  • 20.可直接食用,也可放入冰箱冷藏后再食用,味道更佳
