仿味千版——日式猪扒盖浇饭
自从看孤独的美食家以来,就对里面的盖浇饭爱不释口,其实是因为家乡也是很多盖浇饭,也不知道是谁传给传谁的,可能是和其离的近的原因,一些饮食有点点相像,家乡也是喜欢一点腌小黄瓜,小菜,盖浇饭,汤拌饭,很是香。这是仿味千拉面的样式做的,前不久刚去吃了这个,回来就做了,只是这成本在外面吃可真不合算,其实很简单,大家还是自己做吧。

  • 猪扒肉300克
  • 洋葱1个
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黑胡椒粉一茶匙
  • 花椒粉一茶匙
  • 孜然粉一茶匙
  • 大蒜粉一茶匙
  • 蚝油一汤匙
  • 一茶匙
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 仿味千版——日式猪扒盖浇饭

  • 1.买那种做猪扒的肉,很大一块的瘦肉,切一刀不切断,再切一刀切断,摊开来,成大肉片。一刀下去最好薄一些,差不多5MM
  • 2.用木薯粉(也可以是嫩肉粉或者其他淀粉),黑胡椒粉,花椒粉,孜然粉,大蒜粉,蚝油,盐腌制一小时以上,我腌了一个上午的时间,这些腌料有些可以省略,看自己口味,腌入味即可。
  • 3.油烧七成热。
  • 4.准备好玉米淀粉,鸡蛋液,面包糠。将猪扒依然粘好这些材料。
  • 5.粘蛋液。
  • 6.粘面包糠
  • 7.入油锅炸,炸至两面金黄即可。
  • 8.控油,并用吸油纸吸一下油。
  • 9.打一个鸡蛋,这个鸡蛋是主料中的鸡蛋,炒好
  • 10.洋葱切丝,入锅翻炒再加入炒好的鸡蛋。
  • 11.少放一点点盐,炒好出锅。
  • 12.酱料:将生抽、蜂蜜、味啉按3:2:1的比例调好,味啉是一种日式的调味品,在一些大的超市中有卖,另加水调的木薯粉,调好稠度。其实味道够也可以不用淋酱料。准备一个大碗,放入适量米饭,盖上一层洋葱炒鸡蛋,酱料我是在这个时候淋的,然后盖上切好的猪扒。
