Steps to make 红丝绒奶油蛋糕

  • 1.将红丝绒蛋糕胚均匀分成4片,案板上掉的渣渣要收起来备用。另外模具上沾的蛋糕屑也要刮下来备用。
  • 2.打奶油盆子要提前冷藏几小时或冷冻几分钟,这样比较好打发。天热时要隔冰水打发。冷藏的淡奶油250g放入盆中,加入20g白砂糖(一般100g奶油加10%白砂糖,用量根据个人口味加减)。
