【红烧系列之一】红烧猪蹄
猪蹄含有大量的胶原蛋白,脂肪含量也比肥肉低,近年在对老年人衰老原因的研究中发现,人体中胶原蛋白质缺乏,是人衰老的一个重要因素。它能防治皮肤干瘪起皱、增强皮肤弹性和韧性,对延缓衰老和促进儿童生长发育都具有物殊意义。为此,人们把猪蹄称为“美容食品” 和“类似于熊掌的美味佳肴”。

看来这么美味的美食肯定是不能错过的了!

我喜欢红烧鱼,红烧排骨,红烧肉,红烧莲藕,红烧猪蹄等等。学会一样,举一反三,样样拿手!可喜可贺!

小时候,每年过节,家里总会买一个大猪头,然后爸妈就耐心地收拾着,这样春节我们就能吃上好吃的凉菜了!其实,关键是那时候穷,家里买个大猪头弄很多凉菜还是为了招待客人!如果都买花钱肯定不少,条件不允许!

支上一口大锅,就开始炖肉了,我喜欢闻炖肉时发出来的那种香味,令人回味!最后炖肉的汤,加上猪蹄上的肉,做成皮冻,实在是美!

其实现在市场上卖的皮冻基本上都是猪皮制作的,我刚开始还很奇怪呢,因为我们家从我记事开始吃的皮冻就是用猪蹄做的。现在当然不奇怪啦,猪蹄的价钱是猪皮所没法比的!

  • 白萝卜一个
  • 桂皮三块
  • 八角三个
  • 姜片三片
  • 香叶三片
  • 老抽一茶匙
  • 生抽一茶匙
  • 5克
  • 冰糖十块

Steps to make 【红烧系列之一】红烧猪蹄

  • 1.配料图:桂皮、八角、姜片、小茴香、香叶
  • 2.猪蹄切块 焯水
  • 3.白萝卜切成滚刀块
  • 4.热锅凉油 炒一下桂皮、八角、姜片。
  • 5.加入猪蹄翻炒
  • 6.加入开水,老抽与生抽各一勺调一下颜色,冰糖十块左右
  • 7.加入白萝卜,盖盖子,大火烧开改成小火,炖上一个小时就可以
  • 8.水开后小火炖一个小时
  • 9.大火收汁 即可
