Steps to make 山楂糕

  • 1.山楂用盐水浸泡10分钟,洗干净。
  • 2.浸泡洗净的山楂,去核去蒂。
  • 3.山楂放锅中,+半杯水,放入白糖,搅拌均匀,加热。
  • 4.待白糖完全融化,加入麦芽糖。
  • 5.熬制粘稠,山楂变色后,取出。
  • 6.放入料理机打成泥,继续熬制。
  • 7.熬制铲起不掉落,粘稠度明显增加,加入柠檬汁。
  • 8.搅拌均匀,定硬盘铺油纸,放入山楂泥定型,压平。
  • 9.完全冷却,定型后取出。
  • 10.切块,可以食用啦。
