Steps to make 沙姜肉酱薄底披萨

  • 1.把低粉与橄榄油、小许盐、15克糖、泡打粉、75克水放面包机混合
  • 2.搓成光滑的面团,静置20分钟
  • 3.沙姜肉酱的材料,所有材料切碎
  • 4.把肉末与适量的盐、糖、鸡粉、海鲜酱油、胡椒粉、高粉混合待用
  • 5.热锅,下色拉油,爆香沙姜碎
  • 6.投腌 好的肉末与红萝卜碎
  • 7.加入1碗水把沙姜肉酱材料炒至浓稠,洒2/3的葱花与香菜,关火
  • 8.把松驰好的面团擀成圆片,中间薄边缘稍厚
  • 9.热锅,下小许色拉油,把饼底煎1分钟
  • 10.把煎好的饼底放烤盘上,撒一些马苏里拉芝士
  • 11.涂放上沙姜肉酱
  • 12.再洒适量的葱花与香菜叶
  • 13.再撒一些马苏里拉芝士
  • 14.烤箱180度,烤20分钟左右
  • 15.出炉即可食用
