    Steps to make 春卷

    • 1.猪肉搅碎加入姜末,葱末,少许生粉。
    • 2.所有材料搅拌均匀,之后放一边备用。
    • 3.糯米提前泡两个小时后沥干。
    • 4.芹菜,豆腐干,蒜苗洗净备用。
    • 5.芹菜切段,蒜苗切末。
    • 6.猪肉切丝。
    • 7.将切好的材料除了芹菜,蒜苗,其它的全部下锅炒熟,最后乘热将炒好的材料倒入蒜苗和芹菜之中一块拌匀,过程之中调味加盐。
    • 8.准备好的春卷皮。
    • 9.取一张春卷皮将炒好的馅料码在一边。
    • 10.卷起。
    • 11.两边向中间折起。
    • 12.向上卷起,在边缘沾点水,以便包拢。
    • 13.一一码好。
    • 14.调了不同的馅,糯米蒸熟,放肉,调味,用相同的方法包好。
    • 15.紫薯馅,里面放了蒸好的糯米,蒸熟之后按压成蓉的紫薯,些许黄油提香,一点的核桃,之后在包的过程之中在紫薯馅的中间放了切好的芝士。
    • 16.包好的春卷,下锅炸。
    • 17.猪肉芹菜馅。
    • 18.猪肉糯米馅。
    • 19.紫薯馅,里面有热热的芝士。
