但为了身体健康,现在讲究淡口,所以今天我做了改良版春卷,朋友们一起来做吧!

Steps to make 春卷

  • 1.和面:面粉放点细盐,导入凉白开,揉成面記,放置待用。
  • 2.茴香、火腿肠、姜切碎,鸡蛋放油煎,切碎末,加入少于盐,油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将面切成小記子,擀成圆形薄片,刷少于油,重复此步骤。
  • 4.放入盘子中,上蒸锅蒸10分钟,取出放凉。
  • 5.包入馅料,两侧折边,从另一方向卷起。
  • 6.电饼铛预热刷入少量油,将卷好的饼放入慢煎至两面金黄。
  • 7.取出装盘!倒一盘醋,开吃啦!
