自制金桔酱
熬的香香甜甜的金桔酱,取出一一勺放到水杯里,续上慢慢的开水,看着浓的化不开的金桔酱悄悄的发生着变化,凑近闻一下,金桔特有的香气扑鼻而来,心情也变的格外美好。

Steps to make 自制金桔酱

  • 1. 300克金桔洗干净,用盐水浸泡半个小时
  • 2.将浸泡好的金桔用开水煮三分钟,捞出来将金桔切开挑出里面的籽
  • 3.锅中放入300克的水,放入金桔和冰糖
  • 4.大火烧开转中火煮十分钟
  • 5.柠檬洗干净切成块。
  • 6.放入榨汁机中榨成柠檬汁
  • 7.将榨好的柠檬汁倒入金桔酱中,
  • 8.开锅之后转小火熬20分钟即可
  • 9.快凉的时候根据个人喜好加入适量的蜂蜜,待彻底冷却了以后装瓶冷藏,无论是涂面包还是冲水,都很不错
