  • 1.黑色全麦粉250g。
  • 2.放入各种材料。
  • 3.加入牛奶搅拌面团。
  • 4.再加入20g黄油继续搅拌。
  • 5.搅拌完成的面团,盖盖子发酵。
  • 6.发酵好的面团搅拌一下。
  • 7.取出面团擀平,放入葡萄干,再卷好。
  • 8.分成2个剂子覆膜进行二次发酵。
  • 9.面包坯上撒面粉,再用小刀切割口。
  • 10.烤箱预热10分钟,烤盘放置中层上火180度,下火170度,烤20分钟。
  • 11.黑全麦面包新鲜出炉,富有营养,香软好吃。
