芝士蛋糕
夏天做蛋糕面包类的东东会比较好操作,这次做出来的CHEESE CAKE 居然没有塌陷,估计天热也有点原因的,会发的比较好

  • 奶油奶酪125g
  • 奶油50g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 酸奶80g
  • 低粉35g
  • 50g

Steps to make 芝士蛋糕

  • 1.所需材料 集中下。
  • 2.奶酪酸奶蛋液糖适量混合成奶酪糊,最后加入低粉轻拌均匀。
  • 3.蛋白打发 不用太硬性的,看冒点尖不塌下来即可。
  • 4.混合2个糊糊即可。
  • 5.模具应该是6寸的,我只有8寸的就用上了,芝士蛋糕其实还是用底座分开的模具好,这样最后好脱模,我脱的好累,而且底部幸好先垫了油纸。
  • 6.进烤箱  水浴 中下层  160度 1个小时即可。
  • 7.出炉了,意外的发现,烤的真好,居然没有塌陷。
  • 8.冷藏4小时后吃  切一片,味道真好,软软绵绵~~~简直太美味了。
  • 9.从模具拖模的时候用保鲜膜转移的,可惜上面还是掉了点的。。。。要是直接底部分开的可直接顶出来,效果更好。
  • 10.来个近影。。。方便下次做,以后就用这个配方了,好吃极了。
