草莓酱饼干
春节期间,家里不免有小客人来访,买的零食虽然省事、好吃,但自己做的小零食更受欢迎。

咱有这个手艺,所以花点儿时间做一些,既满足了做手工的心愿,又能在客人面前露一小手,孩子们吃着放心,自己也很开心。


四个造型的饼干,中间有一块填充的凹陷处,可用来放果酱、巧克力等多种馅料装饰。如果嫌麻烦,烤完就这么直接露着,也十分漂亮。

正好手上有现成的草莓酱,平时也想不起来吃,用在这里,正合适呀!

  • 无盐黄油60克
  • 低筋面粉120克
  • 糖粉20克
  • 淡奶油20克

Steps to make 草莓酱饼干

  • 1.材料准备好;黄油提前放室温下软化,淡奶油也用室温的;
  • 2.黄油和糖粉先混合,再用电动打蛋器搅打均匀;
  • 3.倒入淡奶油;
  • 4.打至顺滑状即可,不要过度搅打;
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉,用切拌、翻拌、按压的方式先混合成颗粒状;
  • 6.用手抓捏成团;
  • 7.黄油面团放入保鲜袋里,擀成5mm厚度;
  • 8.包裹好,放冰箱冷藏30分钟,面片稍变硬;
  • 9.草莓酱入裱花袋,将大块的果肉揉捏成果泥;
  • 10.黄油面片取出回温5-10分钟,有硬度又有弹性状态最好,饼干模具按压;
  • 11.压好的饼干生坯码放在铺了饼干垫的烤盘里;剩下的面团重新揉团、擀片、刻模;
  • 12.在中间的凹陷处挤入果酱;
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火160/150度,20分钟左右,底部边缘颜色略深,表面略有颜色,有明显的干燥状即可出炉;
  • 14.稍晾晾,移到晾架上,彻底凉后入盒中密封保存。
  • 15.草莓酱饼干,口感酥香,酸甜可口!
