巧克力生日蛋糕
今天是儿子的生日,早早就打算给孩子做蛋糕,我烘培时间也不太长所以做生日蛋糕也是一次挑战,最近抓紧学习戚风的制作,经过总结经验,戚风做的还凑合,最近温度太高,动物奶油做着也就开始化了,成型不是很好,但是自己做的放心,看着儿子吃自己亲手做的蛋糕也开心。也是第一次做裱花台用的是微波炉的盘子,对淡奶油的打发掌握的不是很好。

  • 低筋粉75克
  • 巧克力粉10克
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 食用油40克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 淡奶油500克
  • 芒果1个
  • 蓝莓15颗
  • 红心火龙果1颗
  • 德芙黑巧克力2块
  • 白醋几滴

Steps to make 巧克力生日蛋糕

  • 1.蛋糕胚提前一天考好的。
  • 2.淡奶油冰箱冷藏,加冰水打发,水果提前切块冷藏,做好芒果花,巧克力隔热化开,倒入盘子用勺子刮片,蛋糕胚切成三片,第一层用刮刀抹淡奶油抹平,放入水果丁。
  • 3.放第二片蛋糕抹淡奶油
  • 4.接着加水果丁
  • 5.盖上第三片蛋糕,抹奶油,大概抹平就行了。
  • 6.沾巧克力片,由于温度太高,我的巧克力片有点凝结成块,所以不太好沾了,就成了巧克力碎末了,巧克力也不够了,就沾了些杏仁片
  • 7.用剩下的奶油用2D菊花头,挤花边,再挤几朵小花,奶油有点化了,成型不好
  • 8.装饰蓝莓
  • 9.装饰芒果花
  • 10.最后在装饰几片火龙果
  • 11.点上蜡烛,祝儿子生日快乐。
